Tai Chi is easy and it is not so easy. I teach it with a minimum of “poses” emphasizing a deep powerful experience and understanding. Once you get it it you’ll be able to create your own poses or learn or try the ones others have created. If you prefer the ancient Chinese secret aspect I’m afraid your out of luck. Tai Chi at least as we know it hasn’t been around that long.
At first Tai Chi may seem like chewing gum, juggling plates and rubbing your tummy. But you can do it!
